dolby atmos magisk module is known to create conflict with camera apps, especially the third-party ones. You can either use a GCam for your device that has an embedded QR Code [which most of them have] or simply use a standalone QR code scanner app.

Let me know if any of these fixes works: droidwin.com/fix-twrp-0mb-internal-memory/ If not, then go back to stock via Oppo Flash Tool and reflash the ROM. Moreover, do note that most of the ROMs that comes with their own recovery [including Matrixx] are known to cause an issue or two with non-AOSP Recoveries like TWRP or OrangeFox, so it's better to stick with Matrixx if my guide doesn't help you rectify this issue.

Install Orange fox recovery and wipe out all data.. Then install firmware
