Yes. I personally know that it can be very hard to forgive someone for something that he or she has done to you, especially when you know that you did nothing to deserve it. But to hold things in for years and years and always bring up the wrong that the person has done to you every time that you see them, will only slowly destroy you mentally like cancer does physically. If God have forgiven or released them, then we are to do the same. Because like the pastor said that God will not forgive us either if we do not forgive others. Amen.
