I am LOVING the fact that companies are pumping out new Ceratopsians immediately after they're discovered. Seeing Xenoceratops, Medusaceratops, Nasutuceratops, etc already in replica/toy form makes me want to collect again.
Is it just me or is Schleich suddenly adding so much more detail to their figures, ever since Papo started making dinosaurs? I always thought the Schleich figures were ugly, but some of the new ones actually might end up in my home.
i have a schleich dunkleosteus figure anybody else have it? in my opinion i love it i got it from dudley zoo and i used to collect toobs more but now im getting figures lol still getting toobs
I love CollectA and Papo but I do like CollectA coz they make more kinds of dino species unlike others who keep on making T rex... I do expect more from Papo though.. :(
Great video, though older. But I wonder, would like probably a Lambeosaurus, a Tsintaosaurus or Corythosaurus of Papo look. These are times models, as seen rarely. Of these I would like that in my collection
Some Collecta are amazing. Papo is extremely inaccurate. Safari is usually ugly, but some have amazing detail. Schleich is the most inaccurate, and is always ugly.
Schleich and Papo don't make many figures but the sculpts and detail put into them is just amazing but the other companies in this video just spew out models with little work in them. I will admit some do have good sculpts but they just lack detail.
Is that Peruvian music? Sounds South American Quetzalcoatlus looks Interesting. Is that all from Papo? Very Disappointed but at least now I got a chance to buy more of their old releases. Glad to finally see some more feathered Dinosaurs Archaeopteryx looks menacing Thanks
Love Papos stuff...not many more Id like to see but Id have thought as one of the longest and most well known Diplodocus was a must!!! Iguandon, Megalosaurus too as they were the first dinosaurs discovered and named...and how about the truly duckbilled dinosaur - the one I always associate with the hadrosaurs...Trachodon... ??
Many of Papo's prehistoric models are based on inaccurate information found in outdated paleoart and movies. For this reason, a Trachodon model might be possible, since most other companies would likely shy away from this genus, which has long since fallen out of use. Whether a Trachodon model would be popular among consumers is another matter, of course.
Dinodude1008 Well trachodon may not 'exist' now but it certainly did in the 1960s and 70s when I was a dinosaur mad schoolboy learning about them...In fact the rather beautifully illustrated Life Before Man published in 1972 by Z.V.Spinar has a rather excellent picture of a pair of Trachodon about to be attacked by a tyrannosaurus rex.....The How and Why Wonder book of dinosaurs also has a startling illustration of Trachodon to....
xenbear And I still think the illustration of trachodon best represent the expression duck billed dinosaur which made they ought to replace if the best representative of the group doesnt 'exist'....
xenbear By the way we dont know if flying saucers, the loch ness monster and the abominable snowmne trully exist...you going to tell people not to talk about them either ??
Hehe, a collecting hobby is already plenty expensive as it is. So I'm fine with only a few new figures each year. Especially since I always have to order them from abroad, since no one is selling them here :/
what i dislike about this kind of toys. no articulation... its great but kids would have trouble playing with this figurines/toys. . . not just kids . for us collectors too. making a dinosaur pose for the camera would be great...
CollectA and Papo are the best :)
Schleich is better than CollectA, there models are ugly with little detail and the sculpts are awful.
allosaurus rex i like all companys that make dinosaurs marine reptiles and other prehistoric creatures i just got the bullysland ammonite figure
Love the music. It works so well with the slideshow.

the triceratops is amazing i have it and spino love both of them
Schleich has always had amazing figures, I have them all and they look better than my Papo figures.

Amazing Dilophosaurus! Cute baby triceratops. But collect wins.
CollectA? You have to be kidding. They suck at there models. They have awful sculpts and little detail.

But papo always looks good
All I want is an articulated dinosaur toy with this quality. Like SH monsterarts with Godzilla figures.
Wondering what song that is...
Any info on the music? Love it!
1 Papo
2 Schleich
3 CollectA
I noticed Schleich bring bright colour to attract more and Papo colour start to dull..
I was expecting more from Papo.
Have to Agree!!
Papo is the best
Feathers or no feathers, that is the question!

Megalodon looks like just a normal shark. Is it schleich or Papo btw.
Is that Peruvian music? Sounds South American
Quetzalcoatlus looks Interesting.

Glad to finally see some more feathered Dinosaurs
Archaeopteryx looks menacing
Thanks

Dinodude1008 The name Brontosaurus officially doesn't exist anymore..
Schleich is The very best of all
velocirraptor doesnt have toe claws
only 3 papo!?

Most of Schleich's and Papo's figures have articulation but the other companies don't but for some dinosaurs you just can't get articulation on.
schleich....duh...
Safari and bullyland are terrible I my opinion
