Ladder Lads and Grease Fire Panickers are my favorite. So far it seems 2/3 of people whip the pan of burning grease around the kitchen, to spread the flames evenly I suppose, then straight to a sink to splash cold water directly into 400+ degree grease fire. Spectacular! And never a pan cover or box of salt in sight. (One young person at least was honest, as she stood there in her crispy carnage, saying "I don't know what to do!!" Yes. We can see that. 😆)
Mayo is supposed to be applied upon the bread with the cooked and seasoned turkey. I have no idea WTF these cavemen are doing with that poor bird. Imagine being a turkey who is raised for the sole purpose of being a holiday meal, and you end up getting done up by THESE cro-mags. Wasted existence.
@crashstitches79 Sounds weird, but it's a legit recipe. You coat the turkey in a thin layer mayo and seasonings and it makes the skin brown and crisp up nicely and gives it a really good flavor. There's a J. Kenji Lopez Alt recipe for it.
5:42- close the door. The stove is designed to withstand high heat. There is nothing, besides the food, that will burn in there. When all the food is gone, the fire will go out. It can't spread from the stove unless you open the door. Do not scream for Daniel unless he is the only one smart enough to close the door.
I agree, closing the door is best. Though in this case the fire is small and confined to one dish, they could easily smother it with a cookie sheet (have it ready to go before opening the door)
It can be used in pace of butter. Both are essentially a fat coating which will help the skin to crisp as the oils get hot (like frying) and it keeps the meat moist.

There are plenty of other ways to accomplish this without butter or mayo. I have seen the butter method a lot, never saw the mayo, but did hear it as another option over butter since they are both very fatty. I have never done it or known anyone who did it either.
I really appreciate that your videos are presented without unnecessary music or distracting sound effects in the background. It makes them so much more enjoyable and engaging compared to other clip shows that tend to overdo it. 👏👏👏

My thoughts exactly. Either not paying attention or maybe figured I have a cam and "the right of way" so if this guy pulls out it is his fault and I can prove it with the cam and sue him. That seems to be the attitude with a lot of dashcam people these days based on the RUclips videos posted. Originally it was not the case. The person with the cam was almost never in the wrong, but now they all come off as entitled drivers who if they believe they have the right of way, then they don't have to do anything for anyone and think the cam absolves them of any obligation to other drivers or to do everything in their power to avoid accidents (which is part of the law).
