I think a whale or a dolphin that can survive out in the Wild needs to stay in the wild not to be put in a Aquarium where they are not free and the dolphins and whales that for some reason gets and can not survive out in Wild needs to be in a Aquarium but the dolphin and whale that can survive in the wild need to be free where they belong
