If you go based on wanting your skill 2 fast I think u should go robin film red zoro dragon quake medal and Koby those are pretty good and you will get your skill quick
And the film red and zoro are straw hats so it gives the trait for straw hat pirates which reduces cooldown for skill 2 by 14%

I can't play well with him, my akainu is very weak and has no damage even though I'm at level 80 and has 2100 attack 😃👍🏼

Events are come & go. But be careful on your summons. Don’t spend your gems recklessly. Cuz they’re hard to get. Build your support, choose your medals & support tags wisely. Hope this helps. 😊
