He wasn't an all star by any means but a guy who can cement him self on an NBA team who is undersized and has low athletics' shows a very high IQ. Giving him the coaching job makes a lot of sense. High upside choice. He seems passionate which you can't say the same about all the coaches

I am a huge Lebron fan....Personally, i think he is the GOAT....Right now his team is not a winning team but they are worse not because they have a terrible roaster. They are worse because Lebron is now developing a tired mentality which is common for someone his age...When he loses the ball, he spends time arguing with refs instead of getting back on defence....You can see that it is now a culture he is spreading to his younger teammates. He was accountable at the Olympics because no one was looking at him as the best player on the team so he wanted to prove himself....At the Lakers, when he is tired he makes some silly turn overs and starts whining. He is not being a good leader and he is not being accountable. If the guy earning 50 mil a year on the roaster is complaining and not getting back on D, what do you expect from a guy earning 2.5 mil??.... I believe he has so much to offer but being ready physically and being technically gifted is not enough to win games. He needs to get back to where it all began and get back to that mental ZONE....That is the only way LA will have a chance this season.
