450g - Chicken sausages
1½ tbsp - oil
1 tsp - chopped ginger
1 tsp - chopped garlic
2-3 - green chilli
1 sprigs of curry leaves
1 onion (chopped)
1 Tomato (chopped into cubes)
1 tsp - Chilli flakes
1 tbsp - soy sauce
1 tbsp - tomato ketchup
1 tbsp - Chopped green onions
salt to taste
