It truly known as the Can Can song and is chorus song with girls lined up doing High Kicks (as you watch Defoko, Teto and Momo you'll notice they are not wearing the traditional Frilled undergarments for the song!)... PROBABLY more info than you wanted but there you go!
Its actually a famous song.. It is based of Offenbach's Orpheus in the Underworld BETTER known as "The Can Can Song" and yes I know too much WORTHLESS information and I was raised with Classical Music....
