De’Longhi actually has the best machines for making espresso at home. Especially their dedica model is very popular
I personally love black coffee but I don't think its bad some people don't. Some people just don't like the taste. You drink your cappuccinos, queen. Don't listen to any backlash.

@@HeatherRenee2017 light roasts actually have more caffeine than dark roasts! The longer you roast the bean the more the caffeine is denatured

Getting off work, sitting down with my dinner and then having to decide whether to watch the new main channel video first or the new vlog first is the best thing!
Are you sure the zit by your mouth is a zit and not a cold sore? Try treating it like a cold sore and take lysine supplements and a topical lysine to put on it.

It does look like a cold sore. I get them during times of high stress/dehydration
To add to this. Flare ups of both acne and cold sores can be triggered by the stressor of hormonal withdrawal when coming off of birth control...it can also cause bipolar mania...this video id very alarming, it triggered my oen emotiojs. I hope to god its editing or sped up or shes talking fast to share a lot of information as quickly as possible to save us time. It's a little concerning over all. I hope her sleep schedule gets back to normal and everything is good. Hope she is her happiest best self or is getting all the help she needs if there's a problem right now because I love this girl and I'm not ever meaning to be nosey. Hope shes just inspired and excited and not as poorly as it comes across. I feel awful typing that I hope it doesn't sting if she reads it. I care alot and see myself in this so much that I want to cry. Hopefully I'm just projecting and it's nothing because she deserves the world.

Dude! I did the same thing with the rings. When I got my ring I bought a similar ring on Etsy for like 40$ and I wear it at the beach and on vacation where I don't want to be afraid of loosing my expensive ring! I thought I was the only one that did that!!'
For me it's not about the price (they weren't that expensive) but I would be so sad to loose them, since at least my wedding band isn't likely to be found anywhere else to buy
I gotta say, I'm loving the style of these vlogs. I'm not exactly sure ify the change, but I'M HERE FOR IT. You just seem so confident and happy with yourself, but also more open to trying new things. ♥️
K cups are such unnecessary plastic! You should look into an alternative. I think they make a refillable k cup so you can still use your Keurig 🙂
They are recyclable now! So not as bad as before, but I’ll still look into an alternative 😊
Agreed! The best things about the reusable K-cups is that they are colorful, the coffee grinds can be used as fertilizer/in the garden, the paper is biodegradable/compostable depending on what you get, and you can choose your own coffee! Much better than the plastic original ones
If you ever want to try regular coffee you should get a pour over. Its zero waste and makes the best coffee.

For a little extra try adding vanilla extract or almond extract ( just a drop or two to your milk ) when making your cappuccino.
You should make a dainty necklace as merch! Maybe a bar necklace?

Girl, I feel you on the coffee. I used to hate it as well. I loved the smell, but I could never stand the taste in anything. Then, my final semester of college, mountain dew wasn't cutting it and I needed something else, so I got a mocha frappachino from a vending machine and my life was changed. I still don't drink it regularly, but now will have an iced mocha or latte on occasion just because they taste good.
That green shirt you were wearing looked SO beautiful on you and with your eyes! It just made your eyes pop so much and that is so pretty to me.

Hey Sierra! Products with sulfuric acid in them, particularly face wash (they're usually orange) are really good at getting rid of acne. I had really bad acne in middle school and a dermatologist gave me prescription sulfur facewash that worked miracles when I washed my face twice a day. Now I get compliments on how beautiful my complexion is!
I’ve truly never related to a statement more in my entire life than operating at an eight excitement level naturally and a full as TEN when espresso enters my body 😂😂😂
I love you, Sierra! You are honestly a curvy girl goal. If you have any tips on how to be more confident with your body I would love to hear them. I lost all confidence after having my c-section and gaining more weight after pregnancy.
Watching Sierra and other mid-size and plus-size RUclipsrs has made so much difference to my confidence. I also found more mid-size and plus-size fashion Instagrams and followed less highly edited IGs and anyone who was body-negative 😊
A relaxing night at home while Stephen rests up looks like the best night. I hope Stephen gets better soon! I have never had a cappacino. I am excited for the fall haul and I am ready for fall.

Loved the lush hall. Whoosh is awesome! Pro-tip if you put whoosh in the fridge it is great on a hot day, supper refreshing. Also I just break a bit off so that the whole thing doesn’t dissolve. Love ya!!!
My hubby gave me a promise ring when we first started dating in highschool & so when I need to get my wedding rings cleaned or what-have-you I just put that bad boy back on. lol

If you want to start wearing earrings more but you never feel like taking the time to chose them or put them in like me, I recommend small infinity/endless hoops. They have a smaller portion that go into the earring itself so there aren't any points that stick out or backings to lose. They are so comfortable to wear, I use them as my everyday earrings and sleep in them (I only buy the solid gold or gold plated, I have sensitive ears, but you can usually find them in the children's cabinet at walmart for $20, or mejuri has some really pretty ones with stones)
I find those lush jellies so hard to use lol they always slip out of my hand in the shower and just go straight down the drain because I kinda squish it up Haha
You should try Cedarwood essential oil on your zit! I get breakouts quite often, but this stuff WORKS! Just put some directly on the zit after washing your face (before moisturizing) every night & she will be gone within a few days!

BeautyCon was the first video that I watched and I was absolutely disgusted with how they were treated. She looked stunning in her dress and her eye makeup was incredible. I love her upbeat personality and how she is always positive.

I feel ya on the Birkenstock’s! I wear mine so much since I got them this summer that it’s kind of ridiculous. 😊 I’m in my 40’s and have wanted a real pair since I was Freshman in high school. Most of us wore some fake brand from Kinney’s shoe store. They were the thing to wear though. I agree, getting my money’s worth and so worth the purchase.
I used to do all the skin care stuff, mask, toner, moisturizer, washing several times a day and my skin was so bad. I chose to just wash and moisturize everyday and night and now I have clear skin

I always picture a multi-country trip when someone says that.
I think it's mostly said as just 'Europe' when people are visiting multiple countries. It's easier and quicker to say "Europe" than "France, Italy, Spain, Germany, etc. Etc." Whereas if someone was just going to France they'd say "France" not "Europe". I imagine she is visiting multiple countries rather than just one, hence why she summarises it as "Europe". I believe most people who do this are aware it's a continent and just do it out of convenience, not ignorance. Hope that helps explain it 😊

your suggestion to get a “fake” ring is so helpful, because I’m someone who has somehow lost two promise rings (my boyfriend repurchased the one after losing it for the first time) and I have just told him now to not buy me anymore until my engagement ring 😂

I went off BC for a few years and also had about 4 months without a period and brutal breakouts...the breakouts took a lot longer to calm down but eventually they DID and then I was suuuper clear!

Doggo Rue nope. Even decaf still has caffeine. I’m trying Teeccino (which is like an herbal tea that tastes like coffee with no caffeine) and I like it so far

Fun fact: because Espresso is a darker roast, it can extract less caffeine than coffee. Therefore, no jitters! At least that's what my coffee friends have told me before. Therefore, you're not a fraud. TAH DAH
Hannah L yes this is true. The darker the roast the less caffeine:) and also the brewing method. A regular cup of coffee has a lot more caffeine than espresso:)
Did you try having a decaf cappuccino? I have an anxiety disorder and I can't really handle caffeine, but I can enjoy a decaf cappuccino without the "high" effect of caffeine.
Ohhh thank you! You reminded me I need to get my wedding ring cleaned next month and I completely wasn't think about bc I've been so busy I'm got engaged in late September and for married early November (not the same year lol) and have to take it to our jeweler to be cleaned every year like you, for the warranty. My husband got my rings custom made from a jeweler that had been used for many, many years by his whole family, and family that have passed away. All the family wedding rings were either bought or custom made, as well mas many gifts (the original owner passed away and his 2 very nice sons, and grandson took over the store). It's a beautiful place and I love traditional things so much and it's really heart warming to know my husband took to time to design my ring, so no one in the world has the same ring as me 💗. With all that being said I 120% AGREE WITH SIERRA❣️❣️Definitely find yourself a couple of cute fake engagement/wedding rings, to wear for certain circumstances, so you know your precious engagement and wedding rings are safe. My mom and aunt do the same thing. So for all the married women, do yourself a favor and get one (I have 1 of 3 from a Macy’s salemandnits gorgeous.) I couldn't and never want to imagine the pain of losing my rings xxoo

Girl, I had a HORRIBLE experience with LV. I was gifted the Speedy bag in 2010. Less than a yr later it started to tear. Took bag into the exact store it was purchased from. They accused me of putting too much on the inside pocket. However, I never put more than a lipgloss and some keys. Never repaired or offered me any other options.
I also have a wallet that has totally lost its stitching, and leather details came off. Totally disappointing. Have always coveted LV. Never purchasing again.

It could be! She should try to treat it as such to see. But, also, sometimes a pimple right in that spot gets crusty and looks like a fever blister/cold sore just because of the spot. I’ve had pimples there that look and almost even feel like a cold sore but they’re just crusty pimples lol

I also am one of the very few adults on the planet that doesn't drink coffee. Tried it when I was in my late teens / early 20's but, like you, it made me feel terrible! Jittery, nauseous, just...awful! I hate iced coffee too, I have had a sip of a cappuccino and didn't like the taste...don't think I will ever get into anything coffee related. People think I'm so weird when they find this out about me...especially having 2 kids. How can you possibly get through 2 newborns without coffee???? lol...well, I did.
