Just beyond words how much of study and research go into making the video and I can't but admire mam the way you explained everything from the very first point to the last. Loads of thanks......
I wish I had a thousands of hand so that I could make thousands of thumbs up for such a wonderful video. Words through which we could successfully glorify this video are not yet invented.
Great presentation Mam. Your teaching is simple and easy to discern. The complex idea of deconstruction has been beautifully explained. You are an awesome Teacher. Thanks. Keep uploading such videos.it helps.
You are the best. Really good for IBDP Languages and TOK by the way - if i can judge. This really made me think. I never saw such a clear and concise presentation of such a difficult (at least for me) subject. Thank you so much!
Came in with an eagerness for new knowledge Came out having existential dread knowing we can not find anything meaning in life anyway thank you for the beautiful lecture, really helped me a lot.
I never commented on RUclips, but you really deserve it. Thanks for your marvelous efforts which are deeply shown! I was lost in understanding deconstruction but you guided me through it all.
MaShaAllah, lots of appreciation and love from Pakistan. The way you have explained Deconstruction deserves standing ovation. Thank you very much Ma'am for such an uphill effort. Much applauded.
I appreciate your efforts, ma'am! I was confused about this topic, have studied lots of articles and gone through plenty of videos, but none of them were able enough to convince me. Your lecture enabled me to write a question of 20 marks in my paper on the coming Monday!! Thank you sooo much!! Yes, going to subscribe your channel!! And will also recommend it to my other fellows!! Stay blessed ma'am!! Keep it up!!
@@TheLiteratureLife good day! I have a favor if you don't mind. Please help me about deconstruction in Philosophy. I have no idea about this. Thank you!
I can never go wrong with this voice. I understood who is the person behind this video just by listening to the first line. Ma'am, I have watched almost all of your videos and I have been following you for a long time. I will definitely meet you in person once. You are an extraordinary professor. Please keep posting the content.
Thank you so much for your thoughtful and kind words. I'm so glad that my work helped you. I'll surely try to post more often. Good luck for everything! 😇😊👍
Beautiful explanation, you made my thesis writing go smooth. Out of hundreds of slides yours was the best and clear. Deconstruction was made easy here. Heartfelt appreciation madam.
You explanined so well❤ . But I didnt understand logocentrism properly😢 and i cant find any proper video on the topic logocentrism. Its my humble request to you if you could just make a long video on what is logocentrism , how it evolved , what are plato's thoughts about it , how it is connected to western philosophy and how it is connected to trascendental signified.
That was a wonderfully simplified and understandable explainataion of deconstruction! Thank you so much! I finally understand the basics in order to study deconstruction more.
Derrida is hard to understand, but you make it very simple.... indeed! Can I request to make an introductory video on Foucault's What is an author? Rest stay blessed!
Thank you SO much for this video. I’ll be referencing this video for a term paper utilizing this approach over a short story I have to read for my end of semester project. So thank you again, as deconstruction can obviously be confusing and intimidating to students unfamiliar with this approach to literature.
Hello, although the theory of deconstruction is a broad brush to stigmatize, you succeeded in delivering it with great transparency and accuracy. Thank you. I would be very thankful if you could list some of the reliable resources concerning the theory of deconstruction from which you referred to.
A comment from the USA - what is numbering in regard to movies? As an American, I have no idea what is meant by movies and their "numbering". It might be something you have in India and we don't in the US, or it is something we call by another word, but I can't think of what it would be.
We refer the term 'numbering' to the credits dispalyed on the screen after the film ends. Come to think of it, it is not numbering at all! Thanks for bringing my attention to this. On an additional note, this is a perfect example of how concepts change terminology and meaning according to the context of geographical and cultural shifts. 😀
Does this apply to deconstructing visual elements too? I'm wanting to analyze a visual novel using deconstruction bcs my topic aligns with deconstruction, but I'm not sure how I analyze the visual elements:(
Thank you Madam, can deconstruction be used in comparison of binaries in different texts, where the two literary texts have two opposing ideas, you wish to compare.
Well, it depends, I think. If the texts are used as different or conflicting voices under a particular philosophical, literary or other tradition, you can show how the texts challenge the stable and uniform image of the tradition. In my view, however, the narrower the text to be deconstructed, the more challenging but more rewarding it is. For example, comparing two texts to deconstruct a tradition would not be wrong, but deconstructing a piece of poetry to show internal contradictions and the impossibility of a final, stable meaning would be more rewarding. My answer here is, of course, limited to my knowledge and reason. Further discussion with people with a firm grasp on literary theory will certainly help clarify this more. Many thanks for your comment. 😊🙏
Thank u mam for such an informative and detailed explanation of one of the most difficult concept Derrida s deconstruction... looking forward to many more useful videos from u.....
