  • About 5,500 new public flats will be built as part of the new Tanglin Halt redevelopment plan. Market watchers believe the new homes will likely be classified in the prime category because of the location. With the promise of a new integrated development centre with more amenities, it could also be an ideal location for young families.

They planned new development estates , new housing for the much of the millenia and of course sprucing the areas and the perimeters but what about the older flats still standung next to all these new shining trophies. Won't these older flats parrallel these trophies in bright sunlight. What a shame that good lies next yo decaying older flats.

govt dont dare control prices of public housing. if you can't get the buyer to help you make a profit, the condos will be out of reach for most people and developers will cry due to bad business
