No its Gambia, i live there for 4 years, if you notice the billboards it says Africell thats the local GSM provider. Gambia and Senegal are the same, but they were divided into to two countries by the colonial powers, Gambia went to the English and Senegal to the French, still they speak the same language Wollof and have the same tribes. Jalex hales from the mandinka tribe.
