This is the song I've chosen for my first dance with my future wife/current fiancee. I heard it on May 2, 10 months after we first got together, on my way home from Epilepsy testing. I'd never heard it before, and yet I knew the melody already. God works in mysterious ways for sure!
I spent about 7 months talking to a work friend. We were becoming very close, and we both liked each other. But after 7 months, I realized that my relationship with him was not conducive to my relationship with Christ, and I had to put God first, and let go of this man I had grown to care about so dearly. One month after we stopped talking, he texted me. He’s trying to get back into the Bible and closer to God. So I guess me walking away from him was the wake up call he needed. I’m trying to be patient, and wait for God to finish working in him before I jump back in, but it’s difficult when I still have such strong feelings for him. Please pray for us, that we might have a second chance, and an opportunity to grow closer to God, and to each other.
I hope he accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior and now he can know what love is about ❤

I sing along to this to my rescue dog every morning. I found him on a fb post. A starving puppy under 12 weeks old abandoned. I instantly wanted to be part of his recovery. When the vet called and said we could adopt him my heart cried. Thank you for saving me little dude. You'd never know but he rescued me @ 1st sight. 😍

We ended up at his friend's house who was hosting a party at his house. I ended up talking to the host until 6 am watching the sunrise while sitting on his deck. Long story short we got married a year later after we met on the same deck that we sat on talking until the sun came up, it was just the two of us the day we got married so, now we are going to plan a do-over with family and friends and this is the song I picked for our first dance. My favorite aunt in the world, my late mom's big sister, has been fighting AML leukemia for the past three months. She is currently in the hospital undergoing round 2 of consolidation chemotherapy. The doctors say that she is responding very well to treatment, to the point where we may not even need a bone marrow transplant!!! As of now, as long as her labs are favorable, she has two more treatments left to go for this phase!
