Oh gosh. I've been thinking about opening up about my past experiences, for a long while, to the people at my workplace. I find it hard tho and it's never a good timing to speak up. I would trust them with the information but I'm afraid they would see me in another light, like I'm fragile? kinda. I don't want people to see me as my past experinces (which I had no control over to change the outcome of). I don't want to show myself vulnerable ig... it's not exactly healthy but yeah. Perhaps they would see me as a stronger person if I told them tho 🤔 idk. Anyway, either they already know and choose to not talk about it or they don't know anything and they will get shocked when I tell them 😬.
Completely understand your pov, tbh - everything will be said in due time. No need to rush; take it in your own time and if it pops up, it pops up. 💓💓 Vulnerability does seem tricky when it feels like it’s being forced out 🪷🥺 also tho if the colleagues are genuinely your friends, they would never think you’re weak xx the amount of time you’ve spent together sharing stuff is hopefully testament to that

okay, basically, it’s about letting yourself feel stable and actually committing to yourself first. Whether you’re single or in a relationship, it’s still about self-regulation - making sure you feel good where you are, and being present in the moment knowing that you are the best version of yourself - or at the very least just feel ‘whole’ on your own. The other interpretation is that there are some really good things coming to you, and you are encouraged to lean into them and receive by, again, knowing your worth 💓😌 I hope this helped (feel like it also helped me, hehe).
