Just got mine today. Put them together and threw a quick 301 game. Took a 105 out. These Darts are Grippy. Thanx for the review. They might be my new match darts.
Awesome to hear! Great checkout! Definitely a grippy barrel. When I first took them out of the box I was shocked at how grippy they are but after playing with them for a while I quickly got used to them. Great set! Enjoy!
fun fact about the player: his nickname was master bates, but got forbidden by the pdc ,because it sounded a bit to much like…..well you know i mean hah😂😂😂😂now his new nickname is just “the master” thanks for your great review again and greets from belgium 👋👋👋👋
Another great dart from Loxley. They seem to come up with something a little bit different. I think I will have to add a set to my dart collection. I am curious to see how they throw for me since I usually use Red Dragon Javelin darts. Another great straight to the point review WW. Thanks from all us dart enthusiasts.
Always going to be a difficult dart to score because they're so extreme. I must say though there's something about the look of them that really appeals to me. I do think you're right, as you ding them up you'll knock the edge off the grip.
Great review as always. I really like Loxley products but this set is a. no-go for me. I don’t mind that they are grippy but rather that the edges stick out as far as they do. I could see a bunch of deflections due to this.
I liked these a lot, wanted to grab them, but couldn't decide.... wish Loxley spread out the release of the Bates darts, would have probably picked up at least 2 of them.
how grippy would you say they are compared to Javelins? I love my Javelins for their grip, but hate the way they look. These are a little wider, but are absolutely beautiful.
With the Javelins there's a little mire surface area to grip because of the wide multi rings. With these you're only gripping the sharp raised edges. I'd say these offer slightly more grip and feel a lot different in hand
Do you have a website with a database of your reviews? Be pretty cool if you scored all of them and they could be sorted by like “grippiness” or length, etc.

Those are the type of darts that have grip but they don't stick to your finger when you let go

I do not. Sounds like a ton of extra work to be honest
Hi friend, can you tell me if the grip strength of this set is better or weaker compared to the plain Red Dragonos razor edge?
😇
You said 23 gram only at dartshopper on the backend of the pakkage 22 gram?
That's the weight he used or still uses
They look like Red Dragon Javelins.
Javelins are a straight barrel multi ring grip. They look nothing like those.
from far away kind of true yeah, but its kind of different shape different grip
what a finger grater! 🤣
Nice darts, go back to check outs.
