i think the makeup section in wonderplace are in their bigger (flagship-like) stores like the one right outside the popular hongdae station exit. Their smaller stores like the one in mecantapolis usually carry clothes and accessories most of the time.

It's a raccoon cafe and the raccoons are adorable! they were sleeping when I went but it was still very much a great experience and I highly recommend it!
