"Go Tell It at the Quilt Show!" is a Quilt Alliance project designed to capture the stories of quilts where quiltmakers gather. Melissa Sobotka was interviewed on November 1, 2013 during the International Quilt Festival in Houston, Texas. Sobotka, of Richardson, Texas, won the The Handi Quilter® Best of Show Award ($10,000) in the 2013 "Quilts: A World of Beauty" annual Judged Show of the International Quilt Association.
