You should check out Archspire- Human Mumuration and A Dark Horizontal. I've been a metalhead for 12 years. I'm only 25. Archspire is a Brutal Technical Death Metal band. They are very fast! Spawn of Possession- Apparition, and Bodiless Sleeper as well.

This is fuckin amazing. The bass and rhythm guitars are so creative and just awesome. This is the first I've heard of this band, but I will be diving into them now
Stortregn have been deserving of support from a label like The Artisan Era for a solid half decade or more. Evocation of Light and Singularity were absolute standout back-to-back albums, but 2018's Emptiness Fills the Void was a ringer for my AOTY among other big name contenders of that year. Their thrashy, melo-black sensibilities in a death metal framework is....well, it's addictive. I love modern tech-death, so adding that to the mix really puts these fellas on the board with bands like Obscura, Revo, or Inferi. Taken from this track, the band sounds great, the track rocks hard and shreds viscera, just an all-around great track from an album to get stoked for. Between this and the upcoming Abiotic record, 2021 is going to be a helluva good year to be a tech-death meathead, and a helluva good year for The Artisan Era. Another thing working in Stortregn's favor? They're not trying to ape boring, lifeless, fuzzy Old School Death Metal revivalism. It was great when Blood Incantation did it, and I do mean that, but the shit's gotten out of hand. Enough is enough.

I'm hearing at least 4 different guitars in a lot of this song. Are these dual tracked or quad? Because that is a LOT of work during recording and production. Sounds good for sure though. Wish I wrote melodies like that.
