I really appreciate your perspective and warnings for others. The Twines & Paper customer service was non-existent for me and included a warning in my video about them too. It's unfortunate because their planners are pretty. Too bad their customer service sucks. Because of the CS issue, there are sooo many other way more deserving planner small businesses out there that I would rather support in the future. I've always had amazing customer service from any other planner company I have purchased from (and I have purchased from a lot of them he he).

I’ve tried reaching out via email, contact us on website, on IG and I can’t seem to get a hold of anyone. I’ve been so patient but I just don’t know what to do. I want to support and give space and grace to small business owners but I just want to be able to communicate with someone. I’m at least happy to know I’m not crazy or just me.

@@SamisSweetLifeI’m in the same boat too. On September 27 it looked like the shipping label was created and then the package never sent. I emailed, DM on IG, sent a message on the website and nothing. I wonder if it’s ever going to show up or if it was ever shipped but no one will answer me.
I know on her Facebook page I found out she just had a baby but I think she should be more transparent about things rather than expecting her customers to go find info themselves
Fantastic flip through and comparison. Cant wait to get mine but have my hopes dialed in to get it by christmas. I bought her planner for the unique features ...her brain must work exactly like mine! It'll be worth the wait. Thanks for sharing your experience ❤

The green is gorgeous out of the package, of course the Honey is beautiful as well. I jot down birthdays, etc in the yearly at a glance. It looks like there is plenty of room to journal. I love the way it is grouped. Received mine on Halloween

Great review. My initial excitement over this planner is very tempered by the extraordinarily bad customer service I’ve had from Twines and Paper this year. I don’t think I’ll feel like using the planner once (and if) I finally receive it, because of how poor my experience has been.

I am so very pleased with my planner and love the grouping. Maybe I can actually keep up with daily’s/journaling! Great review. I also love to shop with small companies- I don’t know their setup but some of these companies are run by only one or two people… so I try to be patient. I feel the finished product was well worth the wait! 😍
I ordered the A5 hybrid because the dual layout is exactly what I need for work and home. According to her posts it should arrive at the end of November. I think some of the communication issues you guys are having is because she is literally a one women operation, just starting out to a certain extent. She doesn't have the staff that the other planner companies have. Since she is just starting out and she did say when the planners would get to certain areas both when the planner video was released and on the preorder page(October for the B6 hybrids and late November for A5s).I don't understand why everyone is so impatient and bashing her company. even if you preordered in July or August she only has one batch of those planners and she said it would be in October when they were shipped. You can't compare a one person operation like hers to Sterling Ink that has a large staff or Paper Tess or Wonderland222 they have been in business for a lot longer have a RUclips following, regular subscriptions orders and the funding and staff for additional people. Ordered my planner in August and have not received it yet. Don’t anticipate receiving it until 2025. I don’t recommend ordering the 2025 now as you likely won’t get it soon. Order 2026 at your own risk.
I like the months and weeks grouped as well. I find that I’m more likely to use the monthly pages if the weeks are right there. I too hate flipping a ton of pages. I love that planner brands are going back to that format.

I love the layout of this 8.5 outta 10 for my personal check box in a planner (still waiting for someone to create my 10/10 lol). I wasn't put off by the longer shipping at all small business and pregnant and it still arrived in October 2 months before I'd even need to use it.. etc.. my only bummer about it is the paper in mine bleeds with my tried and true tomoe river paper pens :( so sad.. because layout wise I'd have used this one for sure this year it's a little different and nearly perfect for my needs.
@AngieNebinger aww I'm sorry to hear about the paper! Hope you've found your alternative. I do agree, it's a great layout, but we will forever be looking for our 10/10 😁
So upset about customer service. I have sent so many emails. My shipping said a label was printed September 27 and then it was never sent. No answer to any of my emails and no product.
I’ve had a shipping label printed for my 2024 (not the 2025!) planner 3 months ago, and I did finally get a reply to an email about a week ago asking if I wanted to cancel, that there had been some kind of mixup. Still nothing actually shipped, tho.
I think her pregnancy must have been more disruptive than she expected. I am in the not so patient category. I am also trying not to buy everything this year (I had 5 planners I tried to use for 2024.) The layout for this one is 👍. Thank you for the review!
I’ve seen multiple people in different groups who have had issues with their customer service going back more than 9 months ago, so definitely not just a pregnancy issue, sadly.
The reason I’m so extra annoyed by how crappy their customer service is, that this planner really is different than any other. The fact that there’s a two page horizontal week spread followed by a vertical week spread every week is so cool, no one else has anything really quite like it.
