I run a organic farm and have some weed problems, do you spray the peppering mix out with a boom spray and at what rate? Is there a time of year you spray the mix out?

Hi Bruce, yes it follows the Biodynamic philosophy.
Have you been to a BD workshop? They are fantastic.

Hi..is he saying if we ferment the weeds in the acre along with molasses and water stuff and spray the weeds will not grow?

Yes. It’s a BioDynamic approach called peppering. Basically the concept is that the weeds contain minerals that the soil needs so by fermenting them you create a concentrated form of natural conditioner of the specific nutrition and compounds that your soil needs with the local microbes too.
When applying these liquids do it extremely sparingly because they are very potent., that’s why it’s called peppering and not spraying.
Look up BioDynamics. Hamish Mackay and Charlie Arnott for more information.
      Thanks for your question.

I'm using my green wheelie bin for this. I don't know what he puts in called "Soil Life", I put weeds, water and molasses and a black garbage bag to keep out light.
