it looks like the devs are making an attempt at a redemption arc for SZ. as many. of you already know various combat changes have been made not too long ago, bugs have been fixed, QoL and cosmetic/aesthetic improvements, etc.
No, this isn't a prank. We can finally play ONLINE WITH OUR FRIENDS, RANKED, WHATEVER!
(for anyone wondering about the infamous ragequitter problem in the game, they have fixed this too. you FINALLY get your win points if your opponent disconnects on you.)

So wait I can finally buy this game on my steam deck and play online no issues??? Also do u have a video on how to get 60fps?
@@ryantheradicalyou sure can! Just a few changes you need to do. I do not as I don't own a steam deck quite yet (got one coming in at the end of the month) but you can hop in the discord and the group can help you out! The main thing is lowering all the settings, if ur still not hitting 60fps there's a specific change to the engine.ini files, but yeah, hop in that discord if u need help asap. Once my steam deck comes in, I'll do a video on setting it up for sure.

@@EchilonPlaysI thought changing the ini files breaks online play except for players that also have the ini fix so I would be stuck playing with others that also have set a 45 fps in fix
@@Spencerwalker21 not to my knowledge, I played w steam deck users who modified the ini file (I did not modify it since I'm on PC)
Bad news, this means were gonna have to deal with steam deck users. Game turns into a snail the moment you match make with anyone who can't hit 60 frames.
You can hit 60 on the steam deck, in the discord we've shown several users how to hit a stable 60. So this is not a prob

@EchilonPlays im in steam deck, im from spain, maybe the location can affect? Idk but when the game arrives it match me to some people without problems but then it kik me out of the combat always, now i cant find a match
@@izanmorasaiz5123 Yeah u need to modify the ini file to hit 60 fps or you'll get kicked. Join the discord someone will help ya out and get you setup we have a whole help page for it with instructions n all that
And is possible to play against windows users? And Is there lag? I used to have lag using windows on steam deck.
Nah I didn't experience lag
@EchilonPlays how strange, I got almost 1 sec of input lag. And I got good connection, but I'm using WiFi instead of cable, but is 5G wifi though.

Yes you can play online on the steam deck now. I'd recommend joining the discord or watching a video on how to get 60fps so it's not unbearable lol.
