I found tome of fire 3 once after finishing a skeleton fort, but my crewmate thought it would be funny to blow up a keg on the ship, not realizing that all of the kegs from the skeleton fort were on the ship... The ship disappeared along with all of the loot and the only copy of tome of fire 3.
Huh, just found this channel. Pretty neat. Don’t play SoT too much, but I normally have fun when some guy isn’t camping treasure depositories. I can at least respect getting sunk at sea, but the people that camp depots can kiss my newly blunderbussed blown open abdomen
Thia video is really interesting to watch with a year of retrospect. The merchant segments of this feel like part of a player driven story. Back then you we're spot on about them. They don't care about fighting they just wanna do their thing. It's gotten so bad and they've grown fed up. Nowadays some have begun to venture out full of cargo but armed to the teeth. They're quite deadly in most cases aswell. The Golden sands fight was cool but the true player storyline feels centered around the merchants. All of us are completely baffled that these new Sovereigns don't tax us one single bit. Chief Trader Mollie has even sent word out to all she can. The note specifically pointed out that the Merchant Alliance doesn't trust the Sovereign. Some of us are now supplying the Grand Maritime Union for a takeover. Some biblical "It's just good business" shit is coming and it's gonna land like a meteor.

"Innately hostile to ensure their own safety." I laughed hard at that but I also do embody that a bit. I enforce a strict personal space rule. My personal space is anything inside cannon range.
Got called out by the Reapers emissary one
I was surprised at how accurate these were
Bro the athena titles are so true
THIS IS SOUTHEST WTF i died lmao
“Tome of fire three doses not exists”

Okay Mister Paid Actor suure you do
i do too lmao

This aged like wine
Pve comment im guessing
Nah
I guess im a paid actor cuz i have the "Scholar of fire" title.
Bruh I clicked on this for fun and literally the very first one called me out
You captured the keg title(s) perfectly
A fellow Nuke boi? well See you in the high sea's.
@@lizrengaming5133 yes the master of kegs as my m8’s call me
@@thephoenixgamer635 Oh boi I think we both would make the Sea of Thieves our play thing.
I need to do a Compilation of rekin ship with kegs I do have enough clips to do so. You might like the clip I did if you like making salty reapers saltier.
@@lizrengaming5133 i would love that

7:47 the amount of nostalgia I got listening to that music
Surprisingly, I have never met a toxic Athena. Coming from a Guardian of Athena’s Fortune.
7:48, Never thought I'd hear the Generals theme used for a Pirate game. My expectations have been greatly subverted.
Peace through power
I remember getting the Hunter of the Shadowmaw title just for joining an Open Crew, this is the most unearned title i ever gotten and i still use it for no real reason.
They probably had killed a shadowmaw as you joined
I felt confident that I was unique in pirate style and then you just pull out the boots of courage for the event titles. I've never felt more called out.
2 Years later: Ghost curse is finally here
Two years later and now we have Safer Seas. God I hate it. At least it still forces you to play the high seas if you wish to level up
Unfortunately, it won't matter. They'll get to rank 40, then stop playing.
@@Bacxaber and that's my problem. They aren't thrown into the deep end. They're given floaties and everything. Then when they finally walk into the real game a good portion will leave. Or we'll get another fucking group saying how Safer Seas needs to have more stuff. They should've never pandered to these people
Agreed. @@wolfmirebacta8710
"Giver of Gifts: The Skeleton Exploder's steroid addicted older brother, and master of Keg Roulette. Having spent an entire holiday forcing other people to take their gifts, these players are almost always the masters of patience and cunning, even against their own crews. Usually found rowboating Athena Kegs halfway across the sea in an attempt to hold other ships hostage, or setting up devious traps for their crewmates, they're a fairly uncommon sight."
I have never seen one before... And now I live in fear of the ultimate kegger...
I saw some 7, 6 year old kid with hunter of the shrouded ghost and I was astonished
"These players are usually crabs for some reason." I wonder if it's because the mermaid commendations are what unlock the crab set.
wut
@@Bacxaber I think it has to do with the azure ocean crawler set or one of the alternate sets like azure ocean crawler, inky kraken, ect.

6:42, HOW IS THIS SO PERFECT, once I decided to equip the exact mercenary mixed with bone crusher, THE FIRST FORT I DID I GOT BACKSTABBED, and not just a regular betrayal, they helped me load the loot on to my ship and then somehow shot my mast down one shot with a regular cannonball and sunk
Can we also talk about how every Brigantine Ship I see is flying a Reapers Emissary.

Hey. Have you realized your cousin lives here as the kraken?
WHY AM I GETTING CALLED OUT IN THE FIRST 11 SECONDS OF THE VIDEO 😂😭😭😭
Curse breaker in Sea of thieves: Lonk
Curse Breaker in Destiny: Stronk
I usually roll with "Pirate Dandy". It was easy to get, but it sounds friendly, and I do be trying to be friendly most of the time to have those moments where you meet a crew and go on an adventure. That feeling is the best feeling and why I play.
That's why I like Drunken Sailor. Could be friendly or I might punch you in the face. Anything goes is why I play.
Pirate Menace being the antithesis to the Dandy
"hoarder of treasured tears" a.k.a all the 50+ messages saying they will report me for griefing
Had a dude call me scavenger when I attacked him, he was a pirate legend too, one of the easiest cannon battles of my career.
@@Digital_Soldier_31 how tf can you be pl and moan about pvp
@@leroyaoina I know, it was a sad battle for him
I'll type it out word for word: Hope you enjoyed being a scavenger and wasting 2 hours of my time.
@@leroyaoina I mean, it's fairly obvious by now that most pirate legends are noobs who never get better, and that's saying a lot going by the percentage of people that have managed to reach it. Honestly, check the achievements, and see how many there actually are, it's barely anything. Just easier to obtain nowadays so a lot of noob pirate legends who piggy backed off their friends. Wanting to learn and wanting to become better is so important.
I litterally just finished the last sterotypes video lmao
edit: watching the last sterotypes video for the 6th time cause its fucking gold XD
If it's not Sea of "Friends" then kick all your FRIENDS off your ship and abandon that alliance with your other FRIENDS, since it's not Sea of FRIENDS.
Salty PvE boi located.
bro called the ghost curse
Eh, I don't consider that a prediction. It was a popular request.
I roll with "Legendary Cargo Runner" because I almost never see it.
It was also my first cool title.
I run "Ratcatcher" because it's probably the most rare title and it has a funny name instead of a cool one, like "hunter of shrouded ghost" or smth
I THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO COULDN'T FIND TOME OF FIRE 3
IT'S THE ONLY ONE I'M MISSING
Damn, he really called me out on Being the stocker, repair man, and fisherman...
But what if u are a fishing expert but also a master skeleton exploder?
New title: master fish exploder
Personally i use Legendary Hunter of Trophy Fish because I like to imagine that a sweaty reaper seeing that title while getting an ass beating would drown in tilt juice
I wonder what ships he needs for the ship stereotype video, I'd gladly donate one of mine
First time seeing one of your videos. Everything was so hilariously spot on, the minute you said "this player is a paid actor" for the shrouded ghost, I subbed lmfao.
8:24 I laughed so hard, holy cow. Spot on.
i will never back down from my "wandering reaper" title being the best lmaoo
Bro called the ghost curse about a year+ early
No I didn't. It was a popular demand the entire time.
My sympathies.
Me: i think its time to change skeleton exploader. 2 years is enough
This guy: they are Chads
Me: nope, i stay
Yep, as a merchant, this is incredibly accurate,
“Skeleton exploders are the chads the sea dogs wish they were”
Now all of a sudden I’m a chad, and I feel gooooooooooooood
Titles that require giving loot to other players: “HEY, STOP YOUR SHIP, YOU’RE TAKING MY LOOT AND YOU’RE GOING TO LIKE IT”
Huh, just found this channel. Pretty neat. Don’t play SoT too much, but I normally have fun when some guy isn’t camping treasure depositories. I can at least respect getting sunk at sea, but the people that camp depots can kiss my newly blunderbussed blown open abdomen
I'm 100% an event guy. I never thought I'd be described in one of these videos so perfectly 😳
He got me in vid 1 with the hunter gear
He got the gold hoarders title spot on
Not that I would know...
The ghost curse is now a thing.
Me, using the Brave Vanguard and being friendly as fuck. Well, that sucks.
That’s how I feel. My main title is Triumphant Sea Dog and I never run the blue outfit. He’s right on the flex though. The other flex I have is the Legendary Hunter of the Sea of Thieves.
I think the Legend of Cursed Iron stereotype also applies to Bone Haul Bandits. Most people I see with that are cracked.
I thought that by using a fairly rare title I'd be safe from this video. But you got me pretty accurately with the Event Titles section.... Damn it... Lol
i use “legendary westward black powder reaper” because of how obnoxiously long it is lol
Watching this video 2 years later and we have the ghost curse now 😂 way to foreshadow perfectly
It's not like I thought of it first. Everyone's wanted a ghost curse the entire time.
@@Bacxaber 😂 I think it would've been clean if they didn't add the pixelation but the emotes were a nice addition
@@PapaBearTy The sparkly effect? Yeah I agree. I think they added it so players can't be mistaken for NPCs and they won't be mistaken for corpses, but the former isn't necessary and the latter doesn't work.
