Done RCT today on second premolar.. iam doing ortho now.. since bracket is there on the teeth, dentist suggested to do a permanent filling and continue ortho.. once ortho gets completed, crown can be placed.. so my doubt is does a RCT teeth can withstand the brace force with permanent filling??

The reason he told to do so is that once you remove the bracket and place crown on the RCT teeth and then continue ortho, means while removing bracket from the crowned teeth there is a chance of crown breakage which needs to be replaced that needs an unwanted extra cost..
