I've still never been brave enough to do a FULL monty, even with foot locks. For 15 years I've been doing this with bent knees. Maybe I'll add that to my list of things to do. But how do you exit a full monty ankle hang?

@@angelamarie88 With the silks over your shoulders, you climb up, pull over, and then unwrap your legs. You can see an example at the end of this video. Splits are optional (or in my case impossible 😂)
