Maa shaa ALLAH! Beautiful recitation! I don't know why, but listening to Maqam Kurd & Jawab Kurd is so beautiful. This is my favourite maqam. It gives me nostalgic feelings; yearning for the past; or being proud of your past achievements. Maybe its because my childhood memories were listening to Abu Bakr Shatri; Ibrahim Jibreen (Surah Mulk, Surah Rahman and Surah Waqiah) and Muhammad Taha Al-Junaid and the sheikh's maqam Kurd and Jawab Kurd sort of gives me that vibe. Maybe it's not the only Masjid that is like this, so we should be careful before being negative towards people. You should assume the best and think that there are other Masjids that are like this too, so that's why it's like this during COVID-19. Also, not all places in the world have these social distancing rules in the Masjid because COVID-19 may not be that bad in the place they are in. I live in Pakistan and the Masjids don't have social distancing. Also, maybe all the people over there got tested by COVID-19 and showed proof to the Masijd before entering. There are so many ways and rules, so we should assume the best and think that they are doing good
@@furious7754 in the US where this masjid is, and especially the state where this masjid is, covid is a serious problem. All leaders of any community have the responsibility of setting guidelines for their congregation. Lack of social distancing is very unprofessional and irresponsible. Just because other masajids are doing the same you should not just copy it. That’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. I’m not being negative but you’re being naive. You see with your eyes they are not social distancing yet you want to defend it. Being positive here means doing your best to set an example and leadership in order to protect the people. Being negative here is being nonchalant about this pandemic and letting people do as they please causing it to spread further.
