    Can you please show how you got the cup on I've been trying to do it myself And the darn cup won't stay on

      Dab olive or another oil on the skin first take the air out by squeezing the cup then apply to the area and release

      It is different for each patient and body part that we target, but typically once or twice a week for about 5-10 min.
