Go to your game's installation directory, 'userdata' folder and then the 'MP3' folder and put your mp3s in there. There will be a MP3 option now in Audio Options in the game pause menu
Hi! Sorry for delayed reply, you can go into the game directory/tune/race and choose the city and then you'll find .rac files you can modify with Notepad to add more racers, change what car they use etc. Unfortunately you can't add more AI than the max allowed in custom race editor so this is the only way. You'd have to make the checkpoints as well. I have a tutorial on how to do so if you want to drop your Discord
