    The COVID lockdown for around 1-2 years made me realise that I dont need the yearly vacations, outings, constant restaurant visits etc....or at least I can do without spending money for a couple of years on the above things and STILL enjoy living and learning new basic things....that furthur resulted in me depending less and less on outside consumer world for my destressing needs.
    Learning to live on less while learning new and cheap things (RUclips and the net is a FANTASTIC source of amazing information to do so), will not only help you understand what is really important to you, but also save a good amount of money that you can invest back to increase your cushion.

    Once you are financially independent, should we still buy more assets on sale if we are already living from our investments?

    • @rebeldonegans
      @rebeldonegans  8 месяцев назад +4

      Great question! It depends if you have more than enough to live on! If you happen to be still earning more money, or you have money coming in from other places than it is definitely worth buying more assets! We would say never have money sat in cash, always get it invested! Other than the emergency fund Katie adds!
