Wow, I just told my friend earlier that I was in hermit mode today, which I was because I felt it necessary. And YES, I shifted into my power and confidence fully lately it's crazy that my energy has changed so much. I was definitely isolated for the past almost 3 years for my protection. Spot on, I've been a hermit my entire life. Been through some trials for sure, I not am happy about my life experiences for the wisdom. People have always been drawn to me to talk about random things. And life stories. But the past month has been a shift that has rocked my world. And put me to my knees with tears of happiness mixed with sadness for not knowing all this sooner. But the past month, my soul has took over and is now driving for us. Overnight it's been a month ago now but I woke up, and soul had decided we were not going to be doing certain things anymore. When you add all these up it's just to much for anyone to do peacefully, and most of these daily habits were an ease to walk away from some. Things like 30 year smoker over night boom nope not doing that anymore. Years of not caring what I eat or drink, now I look at it like do I need this, I stand straight up, and I've literally tried to straighten my posture before even by buying a posture brace. Then over night boom soul says we walk tall and proud now. I've always been shy or afraid to talk to certain people especially females I was attracted to, over night soul said nah we have no reasons to be worried we can talk watch this and there I am talking to random people and smiling and laughing with them. I would also struggle with talking like I had confidence in what I was saying at times. And that is something that you really notice hell you feel and notice all of the changes. But when you open your mouth and speak to people and the base and tone and confidence is there and your standing tall and proud with your chin up and you do not hesitate in your words. One of my two dogs passed away in October due to a horrible accident. When we crossed paths he was traumatized and so so scared. But at the same time his energy gave me a feeling of safety. I always felt safe with him by my side, a feeling I wasn't familiar with at all.

I lost my dad in 2023 and it’s been hard I miss him and I literally pray to him all the time. I also know I have a male relative that I’ve never met that protects me and my family but is very protective over me.
