This is a lovely little workout. No time to do the HIIT twice through today. Yet I still feel I got my work in. As always - love your pacing. It allows me to easily adjust and personalize the movements to my needs and abilities.

Thank you for this short but sweet workout, the new cardio moves are lots of fun & really gets the heart rate up! Perfect for a day when I want a shorter session but still feel the impact. In addition, nice touch including a quick stretch, that way it's not necessary to string it with a stretch video. Very convenient! Great job once again Team Meredith 👍.

I did this one yesterday and was able to do it twice. I usually prefer standing workouts, but my knee was really killing me for the last couple of days. So, I did this one, but protected my right knee. The important thing is that I did it to the best of my ability. So important to keep moving!

Awesome! Your videos are the gold standard for senior workouts. Thought might be resigned to your Beginner HIIT but did this twice (few mods on first, challenged myself on second) and flew by. Was tempted to do third, really go all out, so thanks for the cautionary note on repetitions, frequency. Your previewing upcoming moves much appreciated. Recently replaced part of long morning yoga practice with re-introduction of some Pilates and seeing its benefit with core exercises. With wonky shoulder, hip and balance, love having seated workout. (Only criticism: the music didn't add anything.)
This was great. I did most of it standing as I don’t really like sitting down to exercise. I’m wondering if when you do your seated Hitts you could give standing directions as well. Thank you. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
