@dtownmex64 I actually got help with this on discord, so what we did first is seeing this as a Ceaser cipher code, so we decoded most of it this way, the letters we couldn't make sense of we just brute forced our own letters there till they made sense.
It seems that EXE has taken on a new aspect of his character: He speaks a different language, in a similar vein to that of the infamous Japanese poem at the end of the original Sonic.exe game adaptation. And the delivery through the extended pauses and echoes... it's just chilling.

Honestly, I love this comic, not because is simple, it about the relationship of lord x and EXE.
Aside from the mystery of what was exactly said, the art looks amazing I absolutely love your artstyle. (plus they both look snazzy in those suits)
