“soupy” lasagna is the best. as an italian, my grandma always made it this cheesy and melty. never dry, and it is soo tasty like this. especially if the top coat is crispy!
Oh yes, I can’t do frozen lasagna and I’ve tried different brands and none of them come close to homemade. If you don’t have time maybe make the pasta sauce one day and freeze it. Then when you’re ready, alls you have to do is cook the pasta and quickly whip up your ricotta mixture and then put it all together. I find that it saves so much time.
