If you feel that you are experiencing the effects of magic, have 7 Ajwa dates every morning also. The Ruqyah is not protection but HEALING from jinn or any sort of magic and evil eye. The Ruqyah must be recited after Fajr and after Maghrib.

Very well explained I see you covered majority of the important things I knew off. Too many people are still ignorant to the taweez and they mix their cultural teachings with Islamic ones which becomes toxic especially in the Indian/Pakistani/Bangladeshi community
I also agree with all but one part the “taweez” part jus want to put it out there for you people, so what if someone is illiterate or doesn’t know the Quran???
