Ingredients:
Chicken tikka
Chicken boneless or chick with bone :1 kg
Tikka masala: 1 tspn full
Corriander powder :1 tbsp
Garam masala :1/2 tspn
Turmeric :1/2 tspn
Kasoori methi :1 1/2 tspn
Chilly powder 2-3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Curd :2-3 tbsp
Oil to spread before air frying (if air fried)

IRANI POLA:
For the Batter
3 eggs
•1 cup maida
•1 cup milk
•Salt to taste
•1/2 tsp pepper powder
For the Chicken Masala
•3 onions
•7-8 chillies
•Ginger garlic paste
•Tomato for garnish
•Coriander leaves for garnishing
•Half cooked chicken minced 4-5 pieces
•Coriander powder 1 tbsp
•Turneric powder 1/4 tsp
•Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
•Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
•Garam masam 1/4 tsp
•Salt to taste
•Mozzarella cheese
