I graduated from Chapman University's Dodge College of Film and Media Arts (class of 2023) with a BFA in Television Writing and Production. Unfortunately this major no longer exists even though I loved it :( they have since combined it with the Film major!

i remember when this video came out 😭 i went to chapman bc of 17 y/o you!! i live in maryland and have never left the east coast until aug 2021 when i started my freshman year! i had a lot of the same fears as you (as a previously shy girl myself) but have changed a lot from the college experience 😎 amber’s right! nothing matters and everything is hilarious. i also made my main friend group that i have now during my freshman orientation! life’s crazy man… i’m almost a junior 😟

I'm starting college soon and I am VERY NERVOUS about it😞 and my mental health has hit rock bottom this past few months now But watching your vlogs and listening to your words really motivated me to be more open minded about the possibilities that the future might bring. Its crazy how we do all of our schooling and then once you graduate college you realize its really up to you to decide what to do next with your life. In my experience it's a bit debilitating to have that many options and whole wide world in front of me...but we're starting small and forming our own lives little by little!

I’m going to start college in a little over 2 months. Yet the most nerve-wracking part is that in where I live (🇭🇰), we don’t find out our college admission exams results 1 and a half months before school starts and where we’re going to 3 weeks before. *cries* The most nerve-wracking part isn’t even the uncertainties of going to college but where TF I’m going to *cries even more* I’m hoping (🤞🏻) I could go to law school and double major in politics too (🤞🏻🤞🏻) But even though my situation was pretty different than yours, Amber, I’m finding your video very inspiring. (The only similarity I could notice was that I would also be only 17 when school starts - I would turn 18 9 days after school starts) In fact, I think I might do something similar. Best of luck with post-grad life! Looking forward to more content on that xo

I just finished my first year of college. A year ago I was so sure I'm not going to make any friends but with time I did make some and became comfortable around people there. But now I'm getting anxious all over again as I may move to another university (I took a reorientation exam but I have not decided yet whether to stay or not) so the thought of starting all over again after getting used to the people and everything else is stressing me out especially that I'm an introverted not so emotionally stable. Choosing the right college and career is so confusing to me.
