As a resident of ATS Triumph i can give a very clear and Honest feedback. Do not buy any ATS properties the construction quality is extremely poor, even after 5 years of OC at ATS Triumph which was sold as an ultra luxury project there is No Drinking water, Enough Electricity. After OC for 3 years Builder has done nothing and we paid from our pocket to get flats completed, Registration is still not done. Even after Possession Parking are not ready. No one from customer care till CEO and Facility VP will be intrested to read ur emails or take any actions for any issues with the project later, do not invest ur hard earned money with ATS.
