It's a decent remix, but the entire crux is left out. It's a total remix of the BGM without the main riff.
EDIT: Search for battletoads double dragon level 5 OST and you'll hear what is missing.
EDIT2: Ok sorry I just read the description and yes this is a great NES remix. The riff I mentioned was introduced in SNES. Despite that, it's awesome.
