What an informative blog, I'm planning to visit Kumamoto to see all the One Piece statues. I just want to ask, is it easy for foreigners to get a taxi? how to book/get a taxi? thank you!
If you can make a phone call, calling a taxi is easy!! In cities you can use an app to hail a taxi, but local taxi companies don't have an app, so if you can't make a phone call, you should ask your hotel to call one for you🚕
