Hi @Mike Taylor, hope you're doing well. I have a quick question. In revit suppose that I'm having 2 project files, one for exterior and one for interior. Now when i link and bind link the exterior project file into interior project file, the annotations and 2D elements get deleted from the exterior file. So i have to copy those 2D elements from that file by opening it in same session. Is there any better way to do this? Like to get the 2D elements after binding link? Thank you in advance :)
Ok.. first.. you don’t need to bind the files. I suggest you keep the two files separate, and link the exterior file into the interior file… and then.. do ALL of your annotation in the Interior file. There is no need to Annotate in the Exterior file at all… keep it all in the Interior file.
that was amazing thank u from Algeria
always happy to see you

Legend! I have been so frustrated with this! THANK YOU!!!!
