It's true you can create neuro pathways and those synaptic connections by doing that it's also when grinding in silence helps and the lonely chapter can show its face. The lonely chapter is when you have developed the mentality and the people in your circle don't understand or know you anymore but the results of your new mentality haven't been achieved yet so your new circle isn't there until you get the results.It's a bit of a shock and isolating that threw me personally off. Just try to be aware of it could make it easier.
