Aaaaaahhhh!!! Let’s gooooo!! So glad you are able to enjoy this hidden gem. I strongly believe the seed for this game is firmly planted and growing into something extraordinary. Thank you for showcasing it. 😭🙏🥰
Definitely a good seed has been planted my friend! 👍 I enjoyed it a lot and looking forward for the next steps of development! Did you manage to tried it? And if yes, what did you like and what you didn't? Again thank you for letting me know about this hidden gem! 😃
@@trsg Yes I did manage to try it. And I would say what I really liked is just the atmosphere and how much everything just fits in that world. The gameplay loop seems fun, to kill and sacrifice the enemies for your train to get new powers is wonderful and satisfying. What I didn’t like was that there wasn’t enough sound layering. I forgot to tell you that I responded to the devs. I told them that my biggest criticism is the lack of some sounds to really immerse you into how good the world looks. The train for instance I hope gets more personality. The chuffing you notice only sounds off at the beginning and not throughout the entrie journey and I wish is would especially since that you can change the speed and therefore accelerate the train which would increase the chuffing noises, but that is unfortunately not in the game and I wish it was. What’s there so far is really nice, I really like the squealing when you apply the brakes, but the constant chuffing would be even better for when you are in motion. I also suggested that the train make different sounds depending on how hungry she is. The chuffing and whistles should be creepier and it should start to make more angry growls and roars to emphasize that you need to feed it. There should also be consequences eventually too such as the train takes a portion of your health away for every stop you make and refuse to feed her. Lastly the impact sounds and spell casting sounds could use some work also, they just sounds off, like not visceral or crunchy enough. It just doesn’t fit the feeling of hearing what you see in this game. Plus there isn’t enough grunts, screams, bellows and roars from the creatures you fight whether part human or otherwise. So that’s what I’ve sent to them over on discord and reminded them that I know it’s just a play test so sound will inevitably improve, but to give some ideas that’s what I had in mind. The community mangers saw my posts but I don’t think none of the devs did, hopefully the community mangers can assist and let the devs know about my suggestions. Because if any of my suggestions make it into the game, I will be buying it because of the support from my feedback. Also you are very welcome, and I’ll continue to be on the lookout of course. 🤗🥰
