I think Pastor Cathy did a great job with this interview. Wanjiru's personality is a little introverted and she needed to be guided in order to open up a bit more.
You should watch her other interviews. I think as a seasoned communicator, Pastor Kathy quickly picks up the vibe of the person she is speaking to. Some guests are open, and they will just talk away but others are led to speak and even so they speak very few words.
