Thank you. I watched your video for a friend. He’s in a lot of pain as his lovely mum died. There were difficulties before she left this plane. His grief is terrible but he knows he must live the grieving process but it’s still hard to watch from the outside
Lol I am not fine but it's better to process alone and heal than talk to people who cannot understand your pain. I have two friends who do, but I do not want to keep bothering them. We all have demons to fight or sit with.
It's not that I don't ask for help, it's that the help can't or won't help 🤷🤦 so who else but God and myself can I rely on?? That's why I say I'll be ok in my independence. Besides that I have been on my own since 2013 so I'm used to making decisions for myself.
My therapist retired... I loved her. . She referred me.... But its not her .. I've BEEN knowing I need to go back to therapy. Its not just one situation. Its a lifetime of stuff .. Thank you for the reading. I was cooking when I got the notification.. The title had me click right away.. Glad I did.
@@h.bknowledge7891I showed up in her office after a meltdown. I knew I needed help. ( I was worried I was bipolar) She referred me to a psychiatrist, ( we found out it was non diagnosed ADHD) But she said she would take me on as a therapist. You name it, we talked about it..
Its 1000% resonate with me. But nobody is ther to help me ou or listen me so I just want to quit from everything and everyone. Maybe from my life also.
When I try and fix the problem it gets worse I guess I have to find the right person to talk to. I tried talking with the person I was called a fkn bissh and told they were going to k me in my sleep. I'm waiting on a settlement I wish the universe would just release my money already 😊
