I heard the original version of Popcorn as a young kid in music class over 30 years ago. Our teacher would play it for us as a reward for behaving. I still love the original, but your version is absolutely brilliant and beautiful. The energy of the last minute is just incredible. I plan to play your version the next time I through a dance party.

I think this is one of the few covers that sound more like the original (and captures it essence) than the Hot Butter Popcorn version. Perhaps it is because the notes are longer on a violin.

A very interesting and solid take on Hot Butter's xylophone song. I'm old enough to remember hearing the original on AM radio, and it's one of my favorite instrumentals.
