To take some examples why DTW OVA or REGULAR suck here are some stands that counter it GE GER KC KCR KCAU JSP TWOH VTW STW D4C MIH C-Moon WSAU OMT Now some of these counter many stands but DTW can't do much against counters, Iframes, TS, and also maybe said player is not skilled FOR EXAMPLE: KC is a Very strong stand if the USER is HIGHLY SKILLED and KNOWS how to combo with it, they can also use their time erasure and epitaph to escape combo's VIA invisibility or IFrames. KCR is less skillful because literally just use epitaph, use barrage and they will die to barrage (unless they known beforehand that KCR epitaph has ended) STW is on the list because of TS knives, and the book it has since if the DTW spams moves, stw book counter makes the dtw stay in one place. VTW is on the list because the rework, perfect blocking the barrage results in a stun to the DTW and gives the VTW user an opening for any attack or a TS WSAU is on this list due to his stand disable ability KCAU is equal to KCR and is crazy OP if the user is skilled and has experience. MIH is here for its counter and if the user wanted to, just reset the other player's stands to random ones.. C-Moon is on the list as well for its FAST SPEED, Controlably high jump with such speed, a 100 dmg punch that knocks people away miles, and the AOE blast it can use for a solid 55 dmg if the dtw uses barrage. D4C is here for its ability to escape to the parallel dimension, and LT counter. TWOH can heal itself and stop time for 10 seconds And JSP can stop time, or MOVE in stopped time and click 3 times or just use barrage. OMT just resists the barrage entirely and can scream to get the dtw off them Then you have skins that people like using. (VGE, VGER, JSP OVA, TWGH, TWOH OVA, SOMT, etc...) So dtw isn't as OP as seems.
for people asking how to hell do people get so many skulls easily, they are good at the boss and easily gets rare items also if you need help my user is BATMANHUSHHUSH

Everyone always complains about this stand when u can legit just block the barrage and take 0 dmg, then kill them when they're close enough
