Respect to 2pac but the S.U.C. wave coming out Texas was so original and has had such a lasting impact in rap. Tupacs legacy is untouchable but it just doesnt compare for me. The Houston sound changed everything and is still relevant today, influencing music and culture beyond hip hop.
