Well, Pooh Bear was being polite at 1:17-1:18 because he addressed Owl as sir.
And then, Professor Ratigan was acting rudely at 1:26-1:29 because he interrupted Owl and Winnie the Pooh’s conversation.
Ratigan is a perfect fit for Irontail.
