By the way, Toronto is a team that likes to drag great players down to the dumpster and then the fans get on their case not knowing what really goes on within the organization. It is not just about the contract year, they actually have a coach that will call out the players for being princesses like Mathews that likes to cause losses. Contract money right there that shouldn't have happened especially since he hasn't helped the team get anywhere lmao. JT also was going through crap with the CRA that wanted to take his money away from him because he is Canadian and they needed more money to send overseas to fund wars.
