Lord Tywin, who ordered Robb be executed with crossbows, shot by a crossbow in his own house. Roose Bolton, a sworn bannermen to the stark who betrayed Robb and murdered him, betrayed and murdered by his own son. Walder Frey, who deceived the starks by breaking bread with them and then murdering them, deceived by what he thought was his hand maiden, and his throat slit, just as catelyns throat was slit. Karma sucks doesn't it?
Being a close relative of Sean Bean increases the possibility of dying. Jon Snow died, but we recently learned that he isn't his son, and that's why he got resurrected and live until the White Walkers are defeated, or hell, maybe even survive.
It is Michelle 's brilliant acting that makes this scene aching even more for audience. I honestly believe she could end the tragedy when she rose up so bravely. After that, seeing her throat cut anyway made it even more tragic.
Still for me, the best episode. I hadn't read the books yet and it came as such a shock that they died. Michelle Fairley' scream at the end of this scene gives me goosebumps every time. Brilliant acting and writing.
Those ten seconds of Cat just standing there, waiting for her death, are just heart-breaking. She's lost everything; her children, her husband, her home. You can tell she wants the suffering to end and the Freys know that, so they give her those ten more seconds of pain and misery. :-(
+Phoenix Moon In the books they were gonna keep her alive but after Robb was killed she went crazy and started clawing gashes in her face so the Freys put her out of her misery.
+Horace Warfield Just because something is someone's fault, it doesn't mean they deserve...this. Catelyn is an amazing character and gets way too much hate from the fanbase. Her chapters in the books really prove this. She's more human than anyone else and she acts on a mix of emotion and reason. She goes through a lot and loses a lot, and she's just a very well written character.
I would have believed in the notion of no happy ending if they killed Arya. The show would have ended for most people. The entire show is built on 4 characters. Daenarys, Jon, Arya and Sansa. None of these 4 will die a senseless death if HBO wants to keep their fans and gain more fans even after the series is done. Everything revolves around the Starks and Daenarys. The entire plot with Kingslanding and the Sparrows was a total failure. Kingslanding lost value when Sansa and Tyrion left. Tomon was boring.Daenarys and Mereen, Sansa and the Boltons, Jon and the Wildling made the season interesting.
I think the cast is absolutely phenomenal but there are 2 actors in the entire show across all 7 seasons which have brought me out of the trance that this is in fact a show and not a portal into a different world: Emilia Clarke and Gendry (don't know what the actor's name is). Literally the only 2. It just sucks that one of them has to be such a vital part of the show. P.S. I adore Emilia Clarke as a person, not so much as an actress.
@WehrBlitz42 I still can't believe they gave Emilia the nod over her or Lena for that matter. It just pisses me off. They act circles around her in every scene.
One thing you have to give George RR Martin and the TV writers(more the TV as Robb married more for honor than love in the book) credit for is that they don't buy into cliches. In fiction one of the greatest cliches is that love will conquer all. You can make the most moronic decisions...but because you do it for love you will be rewarded. +Anthony R thanks for letting us know. Maybe i will read the books as well. It was so sad. Because their acting is so good. What is being left? But Walder really want them killed because robb didnt marry his daughter or because of the benefits from Tywin or both?
June laulau its probably because he couldn't see Robb winning and didn't want Tywin to punish him after but I can't really remember its quite a while since I read that book
We look at Lord of the Rings as a "heroes are going to win" thing in retrospect. Most people are spoiled by the movies and LotR already being ingrained in pop-culture before they got into it. But there was plenty of unexpected and unpredictable moments in LotR. Boromir's death, the fall of Gandalf, scourging of the Shire, Arwen and Aragorn's doomed romance, how enduring the pain of the Morgul blade and bearing the Ring was so much for Frodo that he had to leave his loved ones behind to sail for the Undying Lands, and how for a good chunk of the books you're convinced Frodo really is dead from Shelob and the job lies solely on Sam. The passage of Sam thinking Frodo is dead and taking up the Ring himself is more heartbreaking than anything in GoT, not to talk down on GoT. Then there's the works outside of the main LotR books, the Shakespearean tragedies of the Sil and Unfinished Tales and specifically Children of Hurin which out Game of Thrones GoT decades before it existed. Incest, murder, betrayal, torture, the bad guys always getting the upperhand, the complete downfall of the main character and his entire family. It's such a depressing book that I don't really have the desire to ever read it again. So I think Tolkien is owed a little more respect than he's given as far as the topic is concerned. While the heroes did win in LotR, it didn't come without great cost and sacrifice.
+leftyfourguns Preach it. Silmarillion is savage as fuck. The Noldor are a vicious, savage bunch whose decisions at times are almost as evil as those of the antagonists. The people who think Tolkien's stories are simple "good vs evil" tales have clearly not read enough Tolkien.
Spoke with my dad how the ring corrupts people and he tried to prove a point that Smeagol was weak and vicious. I told him that Frodo was just as weak as Smeagol, it's pretty horrifying but at mt doom, everything was honestly lost. Right there, Frodo decided to keep the ring and he woulda gotten away if not for Gollum. In that sense Frodo is no different from Gollum. The ring is a craving
My friends told me: “Don’t get attached to anyone. Most of them die.” And what did I do? I got attached. The red wedding killed me. I loved Robb and Catlyn and the fact that Arya was just outside, almost reunited with her mother and brother just made it all more sad for me 💔. This is also a strength in the show. You really have no idea what’s going to happen next because no one is safe.
But considering it was for love, and he made every effort to make up for it, I think murdering someone whom you invited as a guest into your home is much much worse.
***** there was a scene I think were Bran was talking about a rat and the guest right.... it makes me feel like some bigger shit is going to go down soon
Hey, I've never seen Game of Thrones before but I always here people talk about it. Let me watch this insider on an episode to see what it's all about. *ENTIRE SERIES IS SPOILED IN LESS THAN 35 SECONDS*
Yes, RUclips is dark and full of spoilers... you're not even safe in the comment sections on the SERIES (not the books) and you've seen all the seasons, because some people love nothing more than to ruin it for others. But if you haven't seen something, I advise you not to look at something from season 2-onwards.
I was just kidding. I was pretending to be a curious video watcher on youtube that hadn't seen the TV series yet, which would be extremely tragic if you came upon this video.
Well then it's a good thing I have seen it already.. You're acting like you've never clicked on anything out of curiosity.. Knowing absolutely nothing about the show 'The Wire' or having no desire to watch it, I'd probably click on a season 3 insider of it if I was really bored. But just forget it man, tired of explaining my humor.
tip if you dont want something spoiled to you dont watch season 3 insider information... Watch season 1 trailers then go watch the show if it intrests you thats it...
I know there are some people who give them a fair amount of crap now, but they've still done a better job than any one out there could. They have my respect, even when they have to make changes. Other than Dorne it hasn't been to much of an issue imo
I literally watched this scene with my mouth open, tears in my eyes, freaking out, and praying that it would all just end up being a dream or something... Robb was my favorite character :(
Could it be said that A Song of Ice and Fire is now the greatest fantasy work of all time? I've never seen something fictional affect so many people in this way. Even the Harry Potter series, Lord of the Rings, and Star Wars couldn't effect anyone I know like this show, or the books have.
Yeahhh....No, it's Lord of the Rings. Not to say Game of Thrones isn't pretty amazing, but LOTR is pretty much where the genre started in the modern world.
The recent "Hobbit" movie kinda felt like horseshit compared to this, insofar as the characters are all weak. Might be because they bloated the story unnaturally, though.
Come on, it's Lord of the Rings; have you read it? It's epic; just not as 'brutal' as how ASoIAF can be. Movies don't speak for books. (I do love the LoTR movie trilogy, they are what motivated me to read the books. Still love them)
Jose Torres I agree that Robb made a stupid mistake and broke a "sacred" vow, but it's a bit much to say he deserved to have his pregnant wife stabbed to death, his soldiers slaughtered, his mother murdered, and then his own assassination. Plus, Walder Frey broke an actual "sacred" right - the guest right. Ten times worse than Robb skipping out on marriage.
Andrew Arias The Frey allways justify that by calling it "their right to vengeance" or cover it up with lies so big that whenever four Frey comes to see a lord, two only return and they're forced to buy the lord's absurdities.
Dax pax Ramsay takes offense at having a bastard name, so he likes to be called Ramsay Bolton, otherwise.... well, you can imagine what he would do to you :/
I am so glad they gave him so much screen time in the show, you really saw it as a main story arc that was going to continue on and on. That made it all the more insane when the red wedding happened and just shut the door on that entire chunk of story in an instant. I remember thinking 'now the whole army is dead where do they go from here?' I thought they would be prisoners or something but they kill Robb and just linger on that shot of Catelyn and you're just with her think "Holy shit, it's all over"
The TV series made Robb and Catlyn bigger characters than they were in the books. As Mr. Benioff said, there was no Robb point of view in the books, and Catlyn didn't that many chapters compared to other characters. Also, the character Talisa was completely made up to replace Jeyne Westerling, who had about one line in the books. So the producers of the show obviosly tried to create more of an attachment to those characters, so viewers would be shocked and heartbroken when this happened. It obviously worked lol.
catelyn actually has a bigger role in the books in the show. this is my problem with the show in fact. they made it robb’s story instead of cat’s. at least the red wedding in the show centred it around cat’s tragedy of losing her children.
It's just too disappointing that those actors are now just gone instantly. I feel so bad for all the actors who've had to leave this amazing show because they were killed off. I'd hate to leave such a great production like this after working on it for years
I was very young when I watched this and this scene give me a shock and a hookup moment that make me realize that this is not just an ordinary show, and it lead to me find and read the book because I'm so intrigued with its compelling story. Another thing that makes the red wedding become an iconic moment of the whole GOT series is the brilliant performance of Michelle Fairley, which builds up emotional tenses that you know that something not good is going to happen.
The only thing that dissapointed me was that they changed the scene by Catelyn killing Walders wife, not his grandson like in the book. Still got the chills of thinking of that scene when Catelyn says "A son for a son" and Walder answer: "But that's a grandson".... Damn that's cold.
+Matias Myhre Mitsem I think they didn't do it because people would have gotten offended because jingles was mentally disturbed, even with all the death and violence, many would have reacted negatively to that.
That scream Catelyn makes at the end just sends chills down my spine. I hated the kid who spoiled this scene for me. I never got to be in shock after this episode like everyone else did
kvothe343 it's true. Because the tradition says this. But it does not change that people now consider Guy Fawkes as a symbol of freedom and rebellion against oppression. Just consider at V for Vendetta.
kvothe343 Yes. V for Vendetta is not Game of Thrones. But the point is not that story in itself. But why Alan Moore in the real life has wanted that the protagonist of the his story wear the mask with the face of Guy Fawkes.
@xMartyyy someone probably told you by now but just in case.... "The reins of Castamere" is song sung in the books to reference about how the House of Lanister literally wiped the House of Castamere out of existence (they killed everyone) for going against them. Which is why the Lanisters have Casterly Rock and also why the phrase "A Lanister always pays his debts" is so powerful.
I remember that after i finished the chapter with the Red Wedding there was good 10 minutes in which i just stared at the wall across the room, not muttering a single word to my mother who tried to get my attention for something, not answering my phone which rang for almost a minute, just starring silently at the wall, thinking "WTF just happened" ...
I was gutted when I watched this episode, Michelle Fairley was one of the best actors in the show, and it made me so sad to watch her character die. She was fantastic during this episode though
Just read this part in the books and came here immediately. Whatever you can say about season 8 - they translated this to screen brilliantly. I only wish they had included Catelyn losing her mind and scratching her cheeks bloody.
i just watched this scene yesterday and i cried. i am so upset this happened. i didn’t know what to say. i was praying this was just someone’s dream. i can’t believe it
can you imagine if he was still alive? i not even as ned, just in the show as any main or recurring charter we be holding our breath waiting for him to die as always, and at the same time we would be totally awed by his awesomeness. ah.. what can you do. Kit Harington is pretty cool too .
We also need to take note the George R. R. Martin is a part of the creation of the TV series, the correspond with him and check that he is happy with any changes, so if he thinks it is alright, then it should be it is HIS story after all. And yes I have read all the books so far.
I watched Game of Thrones before I read the books. It was after the red Wedding episode that I started reading the books and this part of the book is truly the most heart and gut wrenching for me. And while good doesn't always win over evil in this particular story, I still hope it does as we are getting to the end of season 6 and to the end of the series.
Well I don't know about good vs evil. But Ramsay, Jon/Sansa, and Arya avenged the the Red Wedding(Ramsay when he killed his father:see the twisted logic)
But Robb did the exact opposite to what his family usually do to get to this ending. He chose love over the honour of keeping his oath of marrying a Frey girl. Not so bad keeping honour after all.
Mil A hmmm in the show ya! But in the book, he didn't love her, she was just some girl he had a one night stand with when he received the news of Winterfell's demise. He married her so as not to mar her honor.
Mil A Technically Robb is not the only character into a fantasy that must marry someone for political reasons, but then married someone else for love. Is only the first character at whom happens these consequences.
03:18 Catelyn should have just killed Walder Frey instead of taking his wife prisoner ... She knew him good enough to know that he doesn't care about his wife - And you can't tell me she was believing in the mercy of Walder Frey.
In the books she grabs what she thinks is one of his sons. She says a son for a son, and Frey says but that is a grandson. He really didn't care about his family personally. His vengeance is more important and his moving his family name into better social circles is more important. He knew he would be rewarded by Lord Tywin
Even if he died he'd have plenty of replacements. She just saw her son and many friends die so I would imagine she isn't thinking from a rational perspective.
In the book Robs wife wasn’t even there. They thought it wud be insulting to Walder Frey if they brought her. So she’s still alive in the books. She wasn’t pregnant either
Hey, before this season I had happened I was only a show watcher and I loved her. She was such an amazing character, beautifully acted, beautifully written and it felt like I got him by a brick wall when this happened
I can accept Roob's death, and the death of his mother, his wife, and his unborn baby. I can even except Jon Snows death. but damnit George! give Ayra back her eye sight! and give Bran back his ability to walk!
These are the only books to ever make me "rage quit" smh. So good... but damn man lol. Seaon 4 will be awesome once they complete book 3 'A storm of swords' story line... but I almost rage quit in book 4 and Definitely Rage Quit at the end of Book 5.... Cant wait for book 6 lol.
Lol. Yup. I'm re watching the shows on HBO GO now... And I'm more impressed now after reading the all the books. Yes they changed Alot of stuff but they got the essence of everything (mostly) and made it easier to digest while still keeping the essence of many great moments... I think(hope) the end of book 3(with a lil sprinkle of books 5&6) will be season 4 and books 5&6 will be season 5....

The look on Roose Bolton's face when he stares at Catelyn is probably the most impressive look of absolute evil I have ever seen.
he and jack gleeson should have had a stare off they both do evil faces pretty well
I saw a theory that said that they where going to be together I was like ummm cat would murder him in his sleep and he would murder her at the wedding

Most of them die.”
And what did I do?
I got attached.
The red wedding killed me. I loved Robb and Catlyn and the fact that Arya was just outside, almost reunited with her mother and brother just made it all more sad for me 💔. This is also a strength in the show. You really have no idea what’s going to happen next because no one is safe.
I cry every time. I love it but it is so not fair :'(
Robb betrayed Walder
But considering it was for love, and he made every effort to make up for it, I think murdering someone whom you invited as a guest into your home is much much worse.
***** there was a scene I think were Bran was talking about a rat and the guest right.... it makes me feel like some bigger shit is going to go down soon

And the gods can't forgive that.

if you've read all the books then you know what happens with Wymar Manderly
Am I really the only one who loves David Bradley in this scene aswell?
C'mon you guys, brilliant acting! Gotta love all o'them!
The look on Lord Boltons face was pure Evil
D&D, especially David, are really well spoken; and are great ambassadors for the show.
I know there are some people who give them a fair amount of crap now, but they've still done a better job than any one out there could. They have my respect, even when they have to make changes. Other than Dorne it hasn't been to much of an issue imo
Uhm yeah right
kalown
Do you feel the same way now?
lol
@@axidasical 😂😂
Still love them)
and not that many people seem to refer to it, one should never forget wheel of time!
Xyllum I want to read it :D how long did it take you to finish reading the whole thing (if you have)?
Back when D&D cared... I miss those times
Going to watch ARYA killing Walder frey after this video..... damn satisfying....
indianmota YES
When I read this in the books I was so pissed. Stopped reading for two weeks damn the freys......
Jose Torres
He got what he "deserved"? Are you a maniac or something?
Jose Torres
I agree that Robb made a stupid mistake and broke a "sacred" vow, but it's a bit much to say he deserved to have his pregnant wife stabbed to death, his soldiers slaughtered, his mother murdered, and then his own assassination. Plus, Walder Frey broke an actual "sacred" right - the guest right. Ten times worse than Robb skipping out on marriage.
Andrew Arias
The Frey allways justify that by calling it "their right to vengeance" or cover it up with lies so big that whenever four Frey comes to see a lord, two only return and they're forced to buy the lord's absurdities.
Andrew Arias his wife wasn't stabbed or pregnant in the book.
I know that his wife wasn't the same as Talisa. I was arguing from the POV of the show. ;)
"If you think this has a happy ending, you haven't been paying attention..."
~Ramsay Snow
BOLTON! You must remember his name...
IrvHodgenstone No it's not Bolton because Ramsay is a bastard so it is Snow
Dax pax Read the books...
I remember thinking 'now the whole army is dead where do they go from here?' I thought they would be prisoners or something but they kill Robb and just linger on that shot of Catelyn and you're just with her think "Holy shit, it's all over"
Still cry everytime I hear the wolf cry inside the caged box. He couldnt even defend himself!
Katlyn's scream gets me every time...smh
The TV series made Robb and Catlyn bigger characters than they were in the books. As Mr. Benioff said, there was no Robb point of view in the books, and Catlyn didn't that many chapters compared to other characters. Also, the character Talisa was completely made up to replace Jeyne Westerling, who had about one line in the books. So the producers of the show obviosly tried to create more of an attachment to those characters, so viewers would be shocked and heartbroken when this happened. It obviously worked lol.
Robb is bigger in the show.
Catelyn is quite shorter. At least, Michelle Fairley did very good job.
Well George r Martin has said a lot he regrets not giving Robb pov chapters because he is a very important character for the story
catelyn actually has a bigger role in the books in the show. this is my problem with the show in fact. they made it robb’s story instead of cat’s. at least the red wedding in the show centred it around cat’s tragedy of losing her children.
It's just too disappointing that those actors are now just gone instantly. I feel so bad for all the actors who've had to leave this amazing show because they were killed off. I'd hate to leave such a great production like this after working on it for years
I really wanna see the filming of this scene like a real behind the scenes footage
The legit stabbed a pregnant woman so I don’t think they cared
I think they didn’t do it because it’s easier to just establish Walder’s wife than a mentally disturbed jester fool
That scream Catelyn makes at the end just sends chills down my spine. I hated the kid who spoiled this scene for me. I never got to be in shock after this episode like everyone else did
The passion these actors and producers have towards this show is definitely visible in the product
I still can't help but laugh when Catelyn slaps Bolton across the face. Whenever I see him in season 4 it reminds me and I chuckle.
And the way he ran!!!
The Red Wedding breaks my heart every single time
The evil never wins in history because the winner defines the history
Spartacus and Guy Fawkes should be considered evil, considering that they have lost. But history gives them an image rather positive.
*****
I see your point. Thought correct me if I am wrong but: every 5th of November the british burn images of fawkes on the stake, dont they?
kvothe343 it's true. Because the tradition says this. But it does not change that people now consider Guy Fawkes as a symbol of freedom and rebellion against oppression. Just consider at V for Vendetta.
Touché. Where did we start again? Something with Game of thrones or so?
kvothe343 Yes.
The Lannisters have Casterly Rock because Lann the Clever tricked the Casterly family to give it to him.
True... my mistake. Lol
Castamere was not a House, it's just land. House Reynes and the Red Lion, the Lord of Castamere were completely obliterated by Tywin in the rebellion.
I remember that after i finished the chapter with the Red Wedding there was good 10 minutes in which i just stared at the wall across the room, not muttering a single word to my mother who tried to get my attention for something, not answering my phone which rang for almost a minute, just starring silently at the wall, thinking "WTF just happened" ...
i got myself spoiled with Robb's fate long before the red wedding aired and still they got me.
viewers will always remember.

"you know spider-man is gonna be there at the end"
Lord Stark, I don't feel so good.
I was gutted when I watched this episode, Michelle Fairley was one of the best actors in the show, and it made me so sad to watch her character die. She was fantastic during this episode though
Even watching this my heart still sinks
Just read this part in the books and came here immediately. Whatever you can say about season 8 - they translated this to screen brilliantly. I only wish they had included Catelyn losing her mind and scratching her cheeks bloody.
Catelyn's scream at the end.
😨
I love that they gave Robb so much screentime
i just watched this scene yesterday and i cried. i am so upset this happened. i didn’t know what to say. i was praying this was just someone’s dream. i can’t believe it
well, telling Sean Bean that his character's gonna die really shouldn't come as much of a surprise to him.
can you imagine if he was still alive? i not even as ned, just in the show as any main or recurring charter we be holding our breath waiting for him to die as always, and at the same time we would be totally awed by his awesomeness.
ah.. what can you do. Kit Harington is pretty cool too .
We can hate them for the later seasons, but damn did they adapt the books excellently.
They did at first. But season 5 adapted the books horribly. They did Stannis and Barristan dirty
@@jaimelannister1797 Can't forgive what they did to the One true King, Stannis the Mannis
Michelle deserves an Emmy for this scene, one of the most beautiful scenes I've ever seen in a movie. It's incredible
We also need to take note the George R. R. Martin is a part of the creation of the TV series, the correspond with him and check that he is happy with any changes, so if he thinks it is alright, then it should be it is HIS story after all. And yes I have read all the books so far.
The set design for this show is beyond masterful
...yup it still hurts.

THIS is what made Game of Thrones so great

Is anyone here after being disappointed from S08 ep03?
1000% the saddest moment in all of game of thrones. theon dying was close but nothing will beat cateyln's scream and rob giving up
why am I torturing myself like this 😭😭😭
If you re-watch the show or read the books Stark honor gets almost annoyingly dumb. It's like they think they're characters in a fantasy novel.
Way to Quote Tv Tropes...
But you are right
But Robb did the exact opposite to what his family usually do to get to this ending.
Richard and Michelle’s acting in the last scene was unbelievable. It was he worst thing I’d ever watched on TV and I couldn’t look away.
michelle fairley is just stunning as an actor
03:18 Catelyn should have just killed Walder Frey instead of taking his wife prisoner ... She knew him good enough to know that he doesn't care about his wife - And you can't tell me she was believing in the mercy of Walder Frey.
Yeah I now right ?
Bro, he was too far.
Wow where was this logic in season 8?
finally, 4 yrs later.
Every time I hear Walder Frey say "Your Grace!" I get shivers down my spine.
Arya is the last Character which i like... All other died... Edd, Catelyn, Robb arrgghhhhhh HATE YOU ALL who said that they have to die
you dont like the mother of dragons?
nope....
F4aXxZ that sucks for you
Tyrion is bad ass tho :)
I really hope John Snow survives!
In the book Robs wife wasn’t even there. They thought it wud be insulting to Walder Frey if they brought her. So she’s still alive in the books. She wasn’t pregnant either
Yeah but show Robb was a dumbass so he brought his wife along to be murdered
Revenge will be payed.
Leave one wolf alive and the sheep are never safe
4:35 the brilliant actress Michelle Fairley does not deserve to shame herself in the presence of this monster
DANNNNN....
NOOOOOOOOO!!!!
WHYYYYYYYYYYY???
YOUR COLLAR :(
The hate that Catelyn gets is astonishing. Catelyn was my favourite... guess now I'm on team Dany.
+Isolated Desire people are crazy...but maybe theyre only watching the show...in the book shes beloved at least by me, that goes for daenerys too
corsican lulu Yeah, they didn't give her character justice in the show.
+Isolated Desire I feel like Catelyn is portrayed much weaker in the tv show but yeah i dont get why people hate her... such a powerful character
Hey, before this season I had happened I was only a show watcher and I loved her. She was such an amazing character, beautifully acted, beautifully written and it felt like I got him by a brick wall when this happened
catelyn's scream at the end gave me goose bumps! y do u do dis to meh GoT??!! y u kill main characters all the tiem?? and i cri everytiem!!
Nope a year has past since i first read your comment and it still bothers me or is it ( MEH)
This moment transformed the show from a hit show with a lot of viewers to a cultural phenomenon equivalent to I dare say Star Wars
seeing this and knowing what they made out of this show is way worse than I felt while watching the Red Wedding...
I can accept Roob's death, and the death of his mother, his wife, and his unborn baby. I can even except Jon Snows death. but damnit George! give Ayra back her eye sight! and give Bran back his ability to walk!
+Beni Habibi Dont worry its not permanent. Yes i could have written spoiler alert but you didn't spell Robb right so this is what you deserve
Bran will never walk again, but he will fly.
KrazoTehOP aFFC gets a LOT better on rereads, trust me ;)
I can suspect the reason you ragequit at the end of book 5, but all I can say is : that has not being confirmed at all yet :P Keep hope
Every time I rewatch the show a part of me starts rooting for Robb again. It is painfull every single time
